Contract MachiningSecondary OperationsOur CNC machining centers make minimum machining time possible. They feature plus or minus .0004" positioning accuracy on X,Y,Z A & B axes, linear, circular and helical interpolation. For quicker production and to maintain close tolerances on long runs, we use a 150 HP centerless bar grinder that's laser controlled. The laser continually measures the bar exiting the grinding wheel, and can grind bars up to 13" diameter and 40' in length. We also have smaller centerless grinders for thru-feed and in-feed work. Quality Control As a qualified vendor for large aviation/aerospace manufacturers and other prime government contractors, we have threading experience few can match. Our entire organization operates under MIL-45208 and can meet your particular needs on dozens of other MIL specs.
